Community ManagerHey @pavelp177 Please use any app of your choice to clear your system registry first. Something like CCleaner will do.
Also, make sure to temporarily disable your antivirus and add the EA app to the exemptions list in your antivirus and firewall. Restart your PC afterwards. Launch the EA app as an administrator, and then check again.
