@00qualcuno00 i have not contacted support in the last few months after several attempts and no solution. but it looks like i no longer have this problem. instead i now have this problem: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Battlefield-3/quot-you-need-to-install-or-patch-the-game-before-playing-quot/m-p/12890922
