So... the solution exists, and this is a fact.
Another fact is that it depends exclusively on our ea profile.
I counted the tickets I opened for this problem: 22.
And 21 times I received imaginative answers, chatted with people who didn't understand the language (if you put a "localized" chat online I expect that whoever is on the other side will understand what I write... but it wasn't like that), answers clearly taken from copy/paste that had little to do with the problem, answers such as "did you try to write in the public forum (after I had reported to him that it's been going on for I don't know how many YEARS, see first post on the matter) that there Is this the problem?". No comment.
And I could go on for a (quite) while.
On the twenty-second attempt I found someone who works properly.
I had the game *AND* and app removed. Reinstalled and I could download the game in Russian (don't ask me why).
Removed the app again, logged into my profile again, installed the app again. Magically the game could be downloaded in my language. Once the download is done... poof!! The game started without any problems.
Note that I did absolutely nothing about it. Nothing. Nada, zero, Nichts,Rien.The person on the other end, however, occasionally wrote "try it now? I made a change to your profile".
So the problem is in the ea profile. Point. End of the story.
And the solution exists, only that you have to find someone, on the chat side, who wants to work and/or who knows his job.
insist, insist and insist again. Try to explain (if the person on the other end of the chat understands) that the problem is easily solvable, because it *has* already been solved without the end user having done anything about it. Therefore in their links/references or whatever the hell they have they must find the problem and how to solve it. The error is clear, ON OUR END, and it is more than a writing...
