Hello, 2 days ago I purchased Battlefield 4 Premium edition, but it isn't appearing in my library even though it says the game is included (see attached screenshot) and the purchase went through. I see that I have the add-ons and just need help getting the base game to appear!

There might be a chance that you purchased Premium Service instead of Premium Edition, and the Premium Service requires the base game, while the Premium Edition includes the base game. If you would like to double-check that, you can check your billing history on your EA account: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/orderhistory/index
