Battlefield V doesn't launch despite game's files already installed on PC

A couple years ago I bought Battlefield V and successfully played it for 162 hours. After that I had a period when I didn't play. Now I want to play again but clicking on launch icon EA App says me that “game not installed”. Despite this message game's files already installed on PC (I didn't delete it). Also this message recommeds me to “click the 3 dots on the game tile to manage and repair files” but that option is absent (only download). Furthermore, I noticed notification that games have been removed from my library and EA App forces me to buy the game again or renew membership. However, I didn't have any membership I just bought game. What can I do to resolve this problem?
