Bejeweled Stars stuck on level 819

For some reason, in the game "Bejeweled Stars" I am stuck on level 819.  It will not let me move on to level 820, even though I have passed level 819 3 times with 3 stars.  This issue is happening on both the app for android, AND on Facebook (browser edge and chrome).  I have done everything I can to fix the issue.  I've cleared the cache, data.  I've even re-installed the app twice.  Still, it has the same problem.  I have spent lots of money on this app.  From everything I have read during my research, the issue is with EA servers, not my equipment or software.  Please fix!
