Hello. No its not connect issue since i have the same thing while trying to dowload Battlefield 1. And not only ! any game i have in my library does the same !!!!! after it is 100 % it starts dowloading all over again, i tried everything literally, cleaning caches and manny other stuff as i watched 10000 forums but noone worked. Keep in mind i have BF V in Steam, it dowloads and installs fine, like the dude above i will just buy BF 1 from Steam but fix ur * * client man, every game i have in my library cant be installled......

Have you found fix ? I am going insane . I tried everything but not even phython worked . And I can see even some dip.staged files but not .exe . More sadly is that the exe files are read only . I saw that trough battlefield 4 I can enter battlefield 1 meniu but nothing works . Somehow i can see players that are in servers .
Probably devs sabotage BF1 because of BF 2042
