In 'Origin', BF4 is available for download. However, in 'EA Desktop', it is not.A friend of mine confirmed that he did download the game from this app, and he was playing it last night.There might be a sync problem.Please see the screenshots attached.How can I get this issue resolved?IMAGES:• Origin shows BF4• EA Desktop does not.

Same thing. No Bad company 2 and BF4. ( Netherlands this time)Also tried a bunch of countries but no luck. ☹️

@EA_Jason It give me the option to buy it.I don't find anything on my mails for this. It is quite possible I got a key from somewhere else. (not directly bought on origin.)Edit: It is from ORIGIN from the receipt. I think I may know what happened. I had my account long ago on an email that I couldn't access anymore (ISP changes) and someone from support (or maybe I could do it myself in the account manager, I don't remember) changed it to my current email that I'm using now and this email is my current account.In other simple word, BF4 was bought on ORIGIN with a different email address than the one I'm currently using for login. But it is the same account because I asked or did myself the email changes in the past and that new email became my new login account.Sorry for my English , I hope that make a little sense.

Well after spending more than 1 hours with the EA support and two different people, it seems my specific version of BF4 isn't migrated to EA Desktop yet.Just have to wait longer. Hope it will help other folks.

I've managed to add it to my EA Desktop library via EA play, however it still fails to launch using this app while origin works perfectly. Before anyone asks, yes i do fully own BF4.

We had a look and "Game Name Unavailable" doesn't seem to impact too many players so it no longer seems like a bug.

Could you explain what is happening for you @Dr_No_pt?

Don't have Bad Company 2 and Battlefield 4 available in EA Desktop. ( BF4 shows i have the DLC's if i browse the game and check DLC's )
Have both games available in ORIGIN.

@EA_Jason No, they show me the price to pay as if i don't own them.
BF4 only the main game shows me price, DLC's are shown as mine.

I just had a look to make sure that it is not a different issue, but this is exactly what we are investigating. Unfortunately I don't have any updates to share are this time.

The only solution for now is to launch your games using Origin instead of the EA app.
