bf6 false ban because of ds4 windows

i purchased the game just now , i loaded up bf6 ,had ds4 windows open on accident (i use it for call of duty for my stick drift ), it told me a virtual controller error ,so i closed ds4 , re launched bf6 , then it says I've been banned , so I'm really confused and a bit disappointed, id like to get my account back and play, it tells me to appeal ban , i go to the appeal portal and then hit submit ,just for it to say "case not created. We ran into an issue creating your case, but we're working on it. Wait a few hours and try again. " I've tried for 2 days now its frustrating,

seems like its impossible to reach out to any live customer support any help would be appreciated thanks.
