Permanent Ban — Wrong TOS Violations Applied — Seeking Advice

Hey everyone,

I was permanently banned on March 8, 2026 (EA ID: KelYLite, Case #239595766, now closed).

I'll be honest: I ran a self-written program in a Portal bot-only session. Zero human players were present. I admitted this in both appeals.

The problem is that EA's denial cited violations specifically about disrupting other users and disconnecting players from servers — none of which can apply when there are zero human players in the session.

6-year clean account. 37 hours in BF6. Penalty History shows "No history" despite active permanent ban.

I've submitted a new case today arguing the wrong TOS violations were applied. Video evidence of the bot-only session available: youtube.com/watch?v=Bwyk_7abL7k

Has anyone successfully escalated a case where EA applied the wrong violations? Any advice appreciated.

  • EA_Rtas Hi, I would really appreciate if this could be looked at by the team. I've submitted a new case today (EA ID: KelYLite). Happy to provide any additional evidence needed. Thank you.

  • Hi KelYLite,

You'll need to wait for the outcome to your most recent appeal with the Terms of Service team. They're the only people who handle ban appeals, and there's no way of speeding the process up, unfortunately. Also, just to keep in mind so you can manage your expectations, the ToS team will not discuss specific details with you, and will only confirm if the appeal has been successful or not.
