Both Paypal and Mastercard don't work on the EA app.

Question

Hello everyone. First of all I specify that I have already opened a report on EA HELP, and I have an open case. I just wanted to know if it had ever happened to others that both Paypal and Rechargeable Mastercard didn't work on the EA app to make purchases.

My card is linked to Paypal and has always worked with the EA app without giving me any problems and there are enough funds for what I need to purchase. I really don't know what happened.

My card has Mastercard Identity Check active, could that be the problem by any chance?

I called my bank and described my problem to them. Then after a few days I tried to make the purchase on EA's site with my prepaid card and it worked from there.
