Bought Growing Together, but EA app says I don't own it

I bought Growing Together as a code in a box. After redeeming the code, the app let me press "download" but the download did not start. The app now claims I don't own the game by still showing me the option to buy the game, GT not appearing in "manage add-ons" and being unable to download Growing Together
