BOUGHT Sims 4 DLC Greyed Out - 'Available on Windows' Error (Worked on Origin)

Well, I'm waiting for a solution since the EA App came for Mac users. Since then I troubelshooted a lot, made a lot of tickets but EA seems to not care at all 😅 can't play the game since, because it corrupts my gameplay 😎

I have a problem with some packs in the sims 4 on my mac. For some reason I cannot download some of the packs I have bought. I haven't had a problem with this in the past, but after an update some of the packs were unable to download. It says when I go in on the "Manage add-ons" that the packs are "Available on Windows" which I found confusing as I have played with the packs previously.

It would mean a lot if you could fix this problem as I have spent a fortune on these packs and now I cannot use them.

I have bought MANY sims 4 add ons on when I played on windows. I have bought a Mac and moved my game here, but the add ons say "For windows". It's says I own them but I am not able to use them? I tried to find a way to contact any form of EA support, and I couldn't find anything. Please help I want kitties in my game. ☹️

Hi, same problem as each one of you with the famous free bundle on Epic Games and the kit about Paranormal. I tried to contact the support but they're just playing with me with no answer and a real lack of respect and I'm just thinking about an action on Twitter to mention EA, maybe to make some noise, are some of you on this app, if you're ok to help and retweet ? 

Logged into the EA app to find the Sims 4 tagged as 'Unavailable' and greyed out. Description only states that it is 'Available on Windows' and I can only seem to manage add-ons and can't do anything else. I've played the game just a day before. What is going on?
