I just bought the Discover University pack, I have the online receipt for the order and bank statement to prove it, but the website, game base, and ea app menu all say I have to buy it still. It's no...

If you look over the transaction details for Discover University in your account's order history, are you seeing the payment showing as completed, or still pending?
