exactly as title says. Charged for both (Battlefromt II with the addons , BF4 Premium) and it seems I didn't even get battlefield 4

Community ManagerDid you log in with the correct account, Sturmpanzer2? And did the games disappear after clearing the cache?
If you still have issues with your library showing empty and clearing the cache didn't help, try reinstalling the EA app.
