i reinstalled the EA app after not using it for a while and I can't use it becuase everytime i open it i get a message about the backround services not working i tried everything, nothing seemed to work, reinstalling, repairing, reinstalling some c++ installments I let it through the firewall, everything and still stuck

Sometimes, the connection is involved in errors with these background services during the installation. Please try troubleshooting the network, restarting the modem and the PC, checking for updates to install, using an Ethernet cable, or changing the DNS; these might help eliminate this error.
If possible, you could also check if the same error persists using a different connection to isolate the problem.
I'd also recommend following this guide for problems caused by background applications. It suggests checking with the Task Manager for any services that might be causing issues and turning them off manually.
