bug related to the Care Bears
Hello EA Support,
I would like to report a bug related to the Care Bears items in The Sims FreePlay.
After the recent major update, the Care Bears that were already placed on my lots before the update can no longer be selected or removed in Build Mode.
Here is what happens:
- Care Bears placed before the update remain visible on the lot.
- When I tap on them in Build Mode, the game does not recognize them as objects.
- It behaves as if I am tapping on empty space.
- Because of this, I cannot move, store, or delete these items.
Interestingly, if I place new Care Bears after the update, those new items work normally and can be selected and removed without any issues.
I waited for the recent bug-fix update hoping it would resolve the problem, but the issue still persists.
Could you please investigate this bug or advise if there is a workaround available?
