I have bought both kits and have them in my library but when I try to download the kits, I get a message saying that I don't have access because I don't own them, I have the confirmation email saying otherwise.

If you look over the order history on your EA account, are you seeing the purchase for these kits showing there as completed?
If the status is showing as completed, please clear the cache for the EA app with these steps- let me know if this clears up the error for you.

Thank you for your reply, I was able to figure out how to get the kits to download. I first tried repairing the game in the EA app, then reinstalling the game after uninstalling it, but non of that works. However what did work was going into Task Manager and ending the Tasks for EA, I had more than one showing, not sure if that was normal or not but after restarting the EA app I was able to download the Kits.
