I was seeing if i could use a simmer's code but even w/o it I'm running into this problem of despite having enough money that I can't seem to buy any packs (EP or GPs) because the "buy now" button is grey out and nothing seem to be able to fix it. I tried other browsers and even downloading EA app and nothing seems to have work.
Anyone suggestions?
Madamelee Your EA Wallet doesn't have enough money to cover the purchase. You need to pay $6.71, so you need to choose another payment method in addition to the Wallet funds.
how do I not have enough money I have 20.78 and that shows negative -20.70 so that doesn't make sense that "I don't have enough"
-and espcially when with Fantaysia's code I should have enough because it takes some money off. so I should have more then enough to buy a $6.71 pack with her code I have more then $6.00
Madamelee The listed price is 27.49, in the upper-right corner. Your EA Wallet has 20.78 left in it, which you're applying to the purchase. That leaves you with 6.71 left to pay.
The -20.78 on the right side is the amount subtracted from the initial price (27.49) because you're applying the EA Wallet funds. It's not a discount.
Creator codes don't give you a discount. They give the creator a little bit of money every time someone uses the code, and you pay the same amount either way.
