Can’t access account

I’m currently using my EA account with the email [edit: email address removed] so I can send y’all this report. I can’t access my account with the email [edit: email address removed] because my credentials are expired and I don’t know my password so I tried changing it but the email I’m suppose to receive to do that, or the code, doesn’t work. I never get the email, I get it on this email but never on my [edit: email address removed] email :/ so I can’t get into my account at and I need help
