How would I unlink an xbox acount from an email that doesn't exist anymore?

Basically what the title says, I want to link my xbox account to my EA account but it seems like it's already linked to my old email which doesn't exist anymore.

    Trying to figure this out myself. I have all my services linked to my current email, except Xbox. I need it to unlink from an old email that I don’t have anymore nor can I get back.
