I have moved your post to the The Sims 4 boards since it seems more related to the game itself rather than the EA app for Mac. Specifically, you're asking why the Digital Deluxe (Upgrade) for The Sims 4 is available on Steam for Windows, but not on the EA app. Unfortunately, I don't have an answer to that right now, but I'll try to find more information for you. 🙂
