Community ManagerDo you own your packs directly through the EA app or Steam? The Sims 4 DLC bought from Steam does not work with The Sims 4 on Mac, as the game on Mac is only available via the EA app.
You'd need to repurchase these packs from the EA app directly to continue playing on your Mac.
