Cannot download owned add-on

Greetings, I redeemed a code for The Sims 4 Yard Charm Kit over 24 hours ago. It is not showing up in EA App as an owned add-on, however The Sims 4 indicates that I own this kit in the Store tab of the game itself. It also does not show up in the 'Manage add-ons' list in the EA App. I am not able to download it because EA App thinks it's still available to purchase in my account. 

I have done the following troubleshooting steps multiple times (I've lost count!): 
- Cleared cache via app recovery 
- Restarted EA App 
- Logged out and back in 
- Restarted the computer 
- Reinstalled EA App 

I initially contacted the live support team about this issue. They assured that the kit is in my account and suggested that I post here. 

For what it's worth, I also checked on a Windows computer and the issue persists there. The Sims 4 is not installed on that computer, so I doubt it would be a matter of reinstalling the game.
