cannot open the EA App after sims2 bundle install

unable to download sims 2 and after performing troubleshooting, and cannot open ea app

A support agent said to make this to get updates on the issue as i cannot get info via twitter.

I bought sims2 bundle yesterday. I installed yesterday so i could play today and followed instructions given. Then i try to play today and it wont work. So i ask for help from an agent.

Agent gives me instructions to uninstall and reinstall ea app.

I follow and now EA app wont work at all, wont even let me open ea app just goes to pop up and gets stuck in a loop of 'install this' then 'its already installed' forever. 

Let me know when this is fixed so i can play my games please.
