Cannot purchase any packs

I wanted to take advantage of the sale and get a new pack. Every time I go to purchase the pack, I click on my card. Immediately after I select my card, the app refreshes and says "no internet," and then immediately refreshes again back to the home screen, where I can purchase the pack again. 

I have restarted my Mac, I have repaired my game, and I did 'app recovery.' Nothing seems to work. I even tried using a different wifi, and nothing. It's very frustrating that I cannot purchase any packs.
