Can't Accept Friend Request in EA app & Can't Be Unfriended by Others

I can't agree to friend requests at eaapp, I can't be friended by other people,To be precise, the receivability is the inability to agree or reject the request I reset my network, Switching network...

Hey all, are each of you able to send requests that your friends can receive?

If so, can you go ahead and try on a different network to see if you have the same issue?
