I have an account on EA, but the problem is that email address has been disabled so I can't access that mail, but when I log in I need a code sent to that email. How can I get into that account where I have a lot of games I bought??

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.
You should be able to create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.

I have lost access to my EA account after an update, and can no longer sign in as I forgot my password, and can not access the email address the account is linked to. I have gone to EA Support for help but they were unable to verify my account. I have access to an alternative account, but it does not have all the packs I purchased. I am providing proof through the images below that I did indeed purchase and install the newest pack life and death in February which I can view from my alt account, however I can not access it on my alt account. Please, get back to me about fixing this. I do apologize for the inconvince, but I spent a lot of money on these packs over the years, and do believe I can provide ample proof of ownership over my old account Leigh09.
