Can't change Game location EA App, it automatically change back to drive C.

I select where I want to install the game on disk E. But the app keeps installing on drive C without my permission. It doesn't matter what I do. There is not enough disk space on C. Does anyone else ...

I have the same  issue even the steps of removing the cache of the EA app doesn't fix anything. Did you went back to the origin app? Or already found an other way?

I also tried letting it install on the C drive and then manually moving them to D but that also doens't seem to fix it.
