I did get in touch, and they told me that it is because of a region lock based on my current location.
Except I am paying same Xbox Game Pass price as someone in UK or USA, so why can't I have all languages? Don't worry, I moved to USA the same day for a little bit to install the Battlefield 4 in English and then I moved back immediately to my country, but I wish I didn't have to cross the ocean to do that.

  @TheDravic That sounds like quite the trip, but it's good to see that you managed to find a workaround.
  
  I understand that you want to play your games in English and that's feedback that I have seen often on the Polish forums. We have passed it on to the relevant teams.
