cant connect epic account to ea. someting went wrong.. go back and start again
Hello guys,
ive tried to contact the ea support directly but after waiting for 2 hours to chat to some advisor i gave up. At the start of 2021 i installed battlefront 2 via the epic games store, as it was free at the time. i now want to play again, but i cant connect my epic games account to ea. everytime i click on battlefront 2 a window of the ea app pops up that says "something went wrong ... To continue linking your EA account, go back and start again." I checked both in the settings of my epic and ea account if any other account is linked, but i cant see epic games even as an option to link in the ea account settings, same with the epic account settings. Ive reinstalled both launches, ive tried starting both applications as admin i reseted my ea and epic passwords, ive cleared the cache of both launchers... i dont really know what to do anymore.
