Thanks for taking the time to respond. It does not give me an error. It just says that I am offline. I got into BF1 last night via wifi could search servers but as soon as I switched it back to wired it stopped working and said I was offline again. I tried everything in that troubleshooter and nothing helped.
- EA_cuervo@northernace Is your wifi a different connection or is it the same as the one wired one? One test that you can do to understand if this is related to your connection or not, is using your mobile hotspot to connect. If it allows you to connect, it's probably something on your ISP side blocking the connection.
Please try that and let us know how that goes,why will he ISP suddenly block his connection? I have the same problem but I lost connection to ea server with weird and wifi set up!
