why will he ISP suddenly block his connection? I have the same problem but I lost connection to ea server with weird and wifi set up!

Community Manager@Bultarna I'm not saying they're blocking it on purpose, but I've seen many people who are unable to connect to the servers while connected to their main connection but able to connect when using a mobile hotspot. That helps us identify the root cause of the issue.
sometimes it works for me on my hotspot, but after a while even that doesnt work..error code 10068 or 100508 always keep popping up..steam ( pc ) is my platform..

i only play EAFC25 in EA app ( through Steam )..and this error keeps on happening.. it says it the the cloud couldnt sync the data etc etc...but the progress is getting lost but it is being very difficult to connect with EA servers in the game ..
