Can't delete nameless friends

Hey, so ever since the EA app came out, I've noticed several individuals in my friends list have no name, and most have no picture (one does, oddly). I'd like to delete them from my list, but there doesn't seem to be any way to.

When I click on a friend who does have a name, I get a chat box with their username and image at the top, and I can click the three dots, then "View profile" and easily remove them from that screen.

But if I click on these nameless friends, a chat box with my own name pops up and there's no other profile to view, which means I have no way to delete these nameless individuals. (I can still "View profile" but it shows me my own).

Attached is a screenshot with the aforementioned self-chat box. Note I blanked out the names of the friends I have below the nameless in red to make it clearer which do and don't have names while maintaining those users' privacy; similarly I blocked out a selfie one user uses as their avatar.
