Can't download new games or add them to the collection with EA Play Game pass

@Nfs_Sonic2k3 Yeah I have the same problem except it just won't let me do anything. Not even add it to my collection. Everytime I try it just comes up with a loading screen for a second and I check and there's nothing. They really need to fix their app and I cannot even download stuff through the xbox app
