Can't find product code

How do I install The Sims™ 25th Birthday Bundle? It doesn't appear in my EA app after i bought it and there is no product code in my confirmation email. HELP!

  • Signe2306  You don't need a product code if you bought directly from EA.  Do you still not see the game in your library?  Please clear the EA App's cache and check.

    I ask in part because a few players have reported that their recent purchases didn't appear in their accounts for up to a day.

    If it's still not in your game library, please go to ea.com, login, open Account Settings > Order History, and list the status of the purchase: Completed, Processing, or Failed.
