How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? just after download and double clicks to setup.
What happens when the bug occurs? it can be only run in the Task Scheduler but nothing happened in desktop.
What do you expect to see? set it up

I think the attachment is definitely clear the app is only running in the Task Scheduler  at the back, but nothing is happening in the desktop.
