cant install the sims 4 on ea app on Mac

Question

Hello, I've sims 4 installed on my windows pc but I'd also want to install it on my Mac air 2022 m2, but when it nears the end of installation a window pops up 'installation failed' and to retry later, though that didn't work. How do I fix this?

I am having the same problem. I've installed the app and deleted everything. nothing seems to work&nbsp;

I even tried downloading it through origin (which doesn't even want to open now) but that still didn't work
