Unable to link my EA play with my XBOX Game Pass, got this error in the picture, any solution to this?

Normally, this error means your account is already linked. Try going to profile.ea.com and click on connections in the lower left. If you see your gamertag here, you're already linked.
literally there's no point EA doesn't help at all just a waste off time I'm also having the same issue to be honest mind as well just make a new account and link them if possible

Good afternoon, I try to like my Xbox account to my current EA profile and it tells my my Xbox account is already linked to an EA profile and then gives me the same email address for this current account. I log out and login with my one email address and it says my Xbox account is linked to an account with the same email address I am currently using? How can I link my Xbox to my EA account?
