cant open sims/crashes

Question

Hey, I switched from origin to the EA app on my Mac, and now every time I try to open the game the game crashes. Do anyone know how I fix it?

This is some of the message I get:

@Linneactakelund  Have you repaired the game in EA App? Click on the game in EA App then click on the Manage button and Repair.

Hey, yeah I deleted the app and found the repair button. Now it's working. I see that you should upgrade sims as well. How do I do this or is the repair button doing the upgrade? Thank you for your answer&nbsp;

@Linneactakelund  What is your game version number? Load the game to the main menu, the version number is in the bottom right corner in small white print.
