Hello!

Can you try deleting the EA Play app and try installing it through the Xbox app? Let me know if that helps.

Hi

I have just deleted the app, reinstalled it through the Xbox app and it is still the same expect I can access Fifa 20 and Fifa 19, but that is all.

    Are you able to download the games by adjusting your UAC settings on the PC to be less restrictive?

      @EA_BlueberryI have been having the same problem with my games not downloading. I have made my UAV settings as less restricted as possible but still nothing. I got my membership through game pass ultimate and it said it would work for pc but it doesn't. please put some attention towards this issue as a lot of people have the same issue.
