i got the same issue not only that but i tried installing games when it would let me and it would work and nothing would happen i have been dying to play ea play games on pc but it hasn't worked all year since i got my pc i even went through support and the issue wasn't fixed

@bomberland3107 Have you also tried clearing the cache via Help > App Recovery?
