Can't purchase games

I have tried for many days to purchase a new Sims 4 expansion pack, but the same error comes everytime. I have tried with both mine and my friends debit and credit cards (we have different banks). Our cards work perfectly fine everywhere else, but not in the EA app. I have made sure that the region setting is right. None of the tips on EA help have worked. I am lost:(

    • Use a different payment method
    • Make sure your billing details in the EA app match the billing details for your card
    • Remove and re-add your payment method from your account
    • Make sure the location on your account matches your real location

    The error says "we are unable to verify your credit or debit card. Please check your payment details and try again. Alternatively try another credit card or payment option or check with your card issuer or bank."

    How do I get in touch with the live support team? The link you sent only sends me back to the forums og to a chat bot. The same thing happens when I try to follow the step by step tutorial on EA's website😓

    I am still not able to purchase new packs. Not with debit, credit card or my friends cards
