Can't purchase games
I have tried for many days to purchase a new Sims 4 expansion pack, but the same error comes everytime. I have tried with both mine and my friends debit and credit cards (we have different banks). Our cards work perfectly fine everywhere else, but not in the EA app. I have made sure that the region setting is right. None of the tips on EA help have worked. I am lost:(
