Can't reach support to open case or ticket

Every time I click on "Open New Case" i get redirected to a generic FAQ about how to contact EA. I need to know why my game pack has a download error, and if it can't be fixed after following all of the advice from people on the boards (uninstalling/reinstalling, repairing, changing download location, clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the EA itsself) then i want my money back! I have been dealing with this for weeks since buying this pack and it's unfair.

    I am having the same issue regarding support.  Cannot open a case or ticket, keep getting rerouted back to the main page or the FAQ page for account management.

    My issues are with the EA app (my entire library is missing) to content being deleted from my account for an "unlisted reason" - mind I've never had an EA play subscription; all games were either received free (way back when EA actually gave games away free) or purchased.
