Can't Update/Download Sims 4 on EA app

Everything was working fine until I tried to install an update. An error message pops up that says "There's a problem with your download. Give us a few minutes and try again". This has been going on ...

@macels07 I have the same issue. Cannot fix it. even tried using my husbands MacBook air and I get the same problem...hope someone can help.
