Hi @Ducckd,
Thank you very the very detailed post that you shared, with a lot of information.
You mentioned that this is only happening with games that were previously installed through Origin and I was wondering if you uninstalled these games before you reinstalled them through Origin?
Were these games that you downloaded through your canceled EA play subscription or are these games that you have purchased previously through Origin?
Hi @EA_Jason,
Thanks for getting back so quick.
I don't think I did uninstall them before I installed EA desktop. However, I have uninstalled them multiple times since then and they still don't work.
I got the games through EA play on both Origin and EA Desktop. I had to use EA Desktop in order to use EA Play via xbox game pass. I never purchased any of the games outright.

In that case I would like to rule out that this is a local issue by testing if you can download/install/play the games on another computer. Is that something that is possible @Ducckd?
Apologies for the late reply, weekend got in the way and I was off for a few days.

The error message looks like a connection error message.
Have you tried rebooting the router and using a wired internet connection? It might also help performing a clean boot or disabling your anti-virus and firewall.
