Charged Twice - Shows quantity of 2 for a single purchase, Sims Life or Death Ex

I've been charged twice for the same Sims 4 expansion. This is not the first time this has happened to me, but previously, I was able to submit an email with the issues and after a month of having cases opened and closed over and over, I did receive my refund. Now, the only option appears to be waiting on the chat. No one ever answers the chat, but a case has been opened twice for me on this issue, the day that the erroneous charge happened and the day after (Nov 1 and Nov 2), and they have both been closed without a response.

Is there any other way to dispute charges with EA without utilizing my credit card service and then losing the entirety of my EA account?
