Battlefield 3 won't launch
Hello, I can't start the game Battlefield 3. I used to have it through Origin and now I can't start it through the EA app. It says I don't have internet. I can't even insert the key, can you help? Thank you.

Hey zmikozm! It looks like something might be blocking your connection. Please try the following steps:
- Close any background applications. You can find guidance here https://help.ea.com/en/help/ea/ea-app/close-background-apps/
- Add the game and the EA app to the exclusions list in your antivirus and firewall programs.
- If you've changed the installation path, please restore the default settings and reinstall in the default location.

It’s the same for me. I’ve been unable to play Battlefield 3 for about 10 days. After I updated Windows 11 to its latest version, everything went wrong, and it’s asking me to enter the product key or telling me there’s no internet connection.
Neither of these suggestions work. The EA App simply says "there's a problem on our side, try again later" and then re-starts itself.
