I bought the sweet allure kit today and was charged twice, originally it wouldn't let me download the kit and kept saying to purchase it. I was able to fix that issue by logging out of the EA app and back in but I was still charged twice for the kit.
I have both email confirmations of the purchases but can't find anyway to get the second one refunded.

Happened to me too. Seems like they have a refund request form as the only way to request a refund but it says I dont have any purchases that qualify for a refund and wont even let me submit a form. https://help.ea.com/en/refund/
Finally found a place to open a support ticket. Really had to dig in the EA help website. Eventually, under "help installing a game" I found a place to email them and open a support ticket. https://help.ea.com/en/help-email/?product=the-sims-4&topicName=installation-issues
I have the same issue. I ended up buying the Sleek Bathroom kit twice and the EA Help site is not user friendly at all to try and fix the issue. When I went to the refund page it says nothing I bought is eligible for the refund? My order history does show two orders though. This is frustrating.

I’ve got the same issue for both the bathroom kit and the living room kit both bought today, the bathroom kit I’ve actually purchased twice now 🫠I processed a help request after much messing around online to try and speak with someone, just to receive the same generic advice online which is to check here and the help page🫠

Let's try clearing the cache for the EA app following these steps, as well as logging out of the app and logging back in. Let me know if this doesn't make your kits appear for you.
