whenever i try to open the sims its saying there is a newer version available tap to reload. Then is says ‘chunk error terminal text is missing. How do i fix this?

I am having the exact same error message. This happens everytime. It shows this, so I click reload, and then I get this error message. I am able to open my sims 4, but it crashes every single time. I've had to force quit and then repair my game several times. It's been a few days- a week since this started.
Can you post a screenshot of this error message please?
